ABOUT

Casa Solara is a spiritual centre in the peaceful north of Ibiza, surrounded by rolling hills and farmlands. It is an alcohol-free, drug-free space where the energies are kept pure ~ a beautiful, conscious, tranquil environment, perfect for retreats.
​
There are 7 rooms for guests including the tent and yurt.
The maximum group number we accept (including teachers) is 14 ~ sharing 2 per room. (If there are requests for single rooms and you still wish to sleep a total of 14 we can accommodate 3 in Gaia Room and/or 3 in the yurt)
HIRE PERIOD
6 nights: Saturday - Friday
Mid-April – mid Oct
Check-in Saturday 3 p.m. (Teacher may arrive by 1 p.m.)
Check-out Friday 11 a.m.
MINIMUM HIRE COST: €2,500.
This charge is for up to 8 guests, including teachers.
More than 8 guests add €100 per person, to a maximum of €3,100 (for 14)

This includes all bedding, towels, yoga mats, blankets, meditation cushions, etc – see below under ‘facilities). It also includes 12 hours cleaning – 2 hours mid-week & 10 hours on completion. If more cleaning is needed the cost is €15/hr.

FOOD
​​
Our cook serves delicious vegetarian or vegan food, made and served with that most important ingredient, love. Wherever possible we use the organic vegetables from our own garden. Gluten and/or sugar-free no problem.
​
Only 2 meals per day are available: breakfast/brunch and dinner. If a 3rd meal is required it is up to the group leader to organise.

MEAL COSTS
6 paying guests: 23 euros per person per breakfast/brunch/dinner.
7 paying guests: 22 euros per meal
8 paying guests: 21 euros per meal
9 paying guests: 20 euros per meal
10 or more paying guests: 19 euros per meal
With a minimum of 9 paying guests, 1 teacher eats free.

!If the group leader wants to use their own chef, an extra charge of euro500 is being applied.

5 guest bedrooms upstairs in the house:
1. BALI ROOM: 2 single beds, no terrace
2. SKY ROOM: 2 singles, private terrace
3. ROSE ROOM: 1 double, 1 single, large terrace shared with GAIA room
4. GAIA ROOM: 2 singles, large terrace shared with ROSE room
5. SUNRISE ROOM: 2 singles , private terrace
6. Yurt in the garden: 2 singles (or 1 king-size)
7. Large Cabin in the garden: 2 singles
The yurt & cabin are beautifully decorated & have proper beds and electricity. They are popular options as they are private from the house and in beautiful nature. When participants book, you may offer them this choice.
(Guests do not pay less when they choose these options.)

2 full bathrooms in the house (shower, bath, bidet, toilet) plus 2 outdoor showers & a third toilet outside (no en-suite bathrooms.)

A fully-equipped kitchen with all pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, toaster, kettle, juicer, blender, processor – gas hob & electric oven - separate cook’s/guest fridge.

Shaded outdoor yoga platform in lovely countryside, 8 square metres, with beautiful shiva/shakti altars, night time lighting and electricity for music system.

Indoor meditation/workshop room, suitable for 22 sitting/ 11 – 12 people doing yoga.

Outdoor dining table that seats 14

Chill-out areas & hammocks in several places in the beautiful garden & grounds.

16 yoga mats, Tibetan meditation cushions & yoga blankets are provided.

Towels are provided for guests (maximum 2 towels per person per week).

Casa Solara has great therapists/healers that can be booked, but teachers are also free to bring in their own therapists. (There is a treatment table available.)

The centre is 6 minute’s drive from the town & beach of Santa Eulalia, 25 minute’s drive
from the airport.
Taxis from the airport are approximately €35 one-way (more late at night.)
PAYMENTS​

€ 1000
deposit to secure a retreat booking.
Balance due in cash on the first day of the workshop.

CANCELLATION​
​
90% is refundable until 6 months before retreat date;
50% refundable 4 - 6 months before; non-refundable less than 4 months before.
